The juxtaposition of the skull, a traditional symbol of darkness and death, with the shiny, aspirational icons of luxury brands isseen as an ironic commentary on the absurdity of our society’s obsession with material possessions. The intense colors and expressionistic mark-making emphasize the urgency and emotional intensity of this message.
